Ulala! Space Channel 5 Making a Comeback?

Hey there space cats! Before rhythm games included guitars, drums or freaky DJ equipment there was Ulala. Ulala is the ultra-mod host of her own swinging news report, star of the game Space Channel 5 (and close friends with Michael Jackson). Armed only with her smooth moves and a ray gun she single handedly saves humans from evil aliens who force their prisoners to dance! Oh, Ulala! Where are you when we need you? Rumor has it that Ulala, along with the Space Channel 5 franchise, may be swinging it's way onto the Wii in a brand new sequel. The creator of the franchise says he'll make a sequel if he has a reason to.
Space Channel 5 was released on the Dreamcast and later ported to the Playstation 2 with added features and more Wacko Jacko.
So, Did any of you play SC5? I loved the game when it first came out but it's gameplay certainly does not stand the test of time. Would you buy a sequel?

I really would buy this. it looks like awesome fun !
I played the original on the DC but I sucked at it. I would buy a sequel if it was good and budget priced other wise, I'll wait for a bargain bin.
I never played the game before, but i'm adicted to this video. I wouldn't mind a sequal.
My daughter and nieces loved this game 6-7 years ago. If it is budget I'd spring for it again (so long as it has a groovy holo/motion cover, which I seem to remember the DC version had)
