Rewtbeer hit it on the mark. Apparently some people have been called and left a voicemail by Charles Martinet! If you don't know that name you should! Hint: It's a me, Mario!
Anyways, he has announced that tomarrow confirmed for the North American Virtual Console, you will be able too download Super Mario Bros. 3! This is big news for me, becouse i never beat it originaly (sucked at games back when it first came out...)

Wow, I have to say I have had the same problem
I loved the game, but came no where near beating
it. This will keep me busy this week in preparation for
Galaxy.
Thanks for the news.
I Never beat it when it came out but the last time I was visiting my cousin we played the game for almost an entire day (excluding lunch breaks) and finally beat it at like 6 in the morning. This was about a month or so ago.
What the hell, all of you have never beaten this game? I've beaten it about 80 times. Just grab the 2 warp whistles in grass land and skidaddle to world 8, it isn't really that hard. If you want to go the long way though, through each and every level, I'd suggest leaving the nes on for a long time, or playing the all stars version for the snes.
This game is very easy if you know all the tricks.
I can beat this game in 20-30 minutes.
However this is one of the best Mario games on the NES.
