Miyamoto Dies at 52...Do you believe it?

A random "news" posting on RPGamer.com says that Miyamoto, god of Nintendo and father of Jump Man, has died... This isn't the first time that Miyamoto has been reported dead and considering the cause of death, I'm filing this into the "Extremely Bogus and Unlikely" category.
Here's the article:
"Video game legend Shigeru Miyamoto died this morning at his home in Sonobe, Japan. The creator of Super Mario and The Legend of Zelda series was killed while picking up the morning paper in front of his home; an eagle was flying overhead and lost its grip on a tortoise it was carrying. The tortoise landed on the back of Miyamoto's neck, shattering one of the cervical vertabrae. Pending an autopsy report, investigators are assuming he died instantly.
Miyamoto leaves behind his wife, Yasuko, and two children. Satoru Iwata, the president and CEO of Nintendo Japan is expected to comment on the issue at an upcoming press conference in late January."
See what I mean? So now we have to ask: Is this real? (I'll give you a hint...NO.), A sad attempt at publicity? (Maybe) or a badly played practical joke? (also possible). In any case...RPGamer.com is going to have some interesting email over the next couple of days.

*Blue text* I think that it is true. It is pretty obvious that the eagle was in a hurry to get the turtle some water, but had to drop it because its fingers were chaffing on the shell. Just a coincidence that a famous video game creator was right below the turtle. *Blue text*
